Job Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support for a federal government program.
• Perform administrative duties for Senior, executive director, and/or director level managers.
• Communicate with various levels of professionals to gather or communicate information.
• Screen phone calls, email, visitors and resolves routine and some complex inquiries.
• Prepare correspondence, memoranda, report, agendas, etc.
• Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries
• Coordinate staffing on-boarding needs
• Maintain organization charts and contact lists
• Maintain inventory of training needs and tracking training compliance/completion
Please note that due to the nature of the client’s work environment, all candidates will need to have an Interim Federal government Background Investigation (BI) successfully adjudicated before beginning work.

Experience/Qualifications Requirements
• Aggressive self starter with ability to work with minimal direction.
• Proficiency with wide range of office automation systems: Sharepoint, Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Ability to successfully multi-task.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
