Job Responsibilities This position supoprts the focus to provide the design, development, deployment and management of advanced technologies such as unified communications (including VoIP), security, wireless, optical, telepresence, storage, as well as supporting network architecture and Microsoft infrastructure solutions. This position calls highly certified engineers to provide Nortel Networks Meridian 1 / BCM consultative services. This position calls for proficiency in the deployment of solutions primarily from Nortel (Elite Advantage Certified), Cisco (Gold Certified), EMC (Premier Partner), IBM (Business Partner Certified), NetAPP (Platinum Partner), Microsoft (Gold Certified) and Sun (iForce Partner).
Experience/Qualifications Requirements The successful candidate must possess: * High level of expertise in the installation and maintenance of Nortel Networks CS1000 / Meridian 1 PBX and BCM Systems * Core competencies and certifications in the following areas: Call Pilot, Contact Center, OTM, and 911 center. * Experience with Bay Networks/Nortel Networks, Cisco products is a plus.
